Ordering procedure for Pancha-pakshi based "Special reports"
For ordering one of the "Special reports", based on Pancha-pakshi, you need to send us the following information:
Name of the needed report:
 Write exactly the same sentence as written on the header row of the sample page of the concerned report to avoid any confusion. For example:

-- "Minute-wise comparative strengths of the five birds", or,
-- "Strength comparison for a pair of two birds"
Duration of the report:
 Write the time duration ("Start date" and "End-date") clearly, for which the report is needed. If the report is needed for isolated dates (which are not in continuation), write individual dates. You may also order for a "Single date". (Read meaning of "per-day" in context of "Pancha-pakshi" reports)..
The city/place name for which the report is needed:

In case of an urgency, you must first confirm from us telephonically whether we would be able to provide you the report within the available short time frame or not.
